Return to Center Through Inner Exploration

Discover the wisdom that already exists within you.

Introspective Hypnosis is a powerful method of guided inner exploration designed to help uncover the deeper origins of emotional patterns, recurring life challenges, fears, limiting beliefs, and unresolved experiences that may be influencing your life today.

Through a relaxed yet highly focused state of awareness, you are guided inward to access the subconscious mind and explore the experiences, memories, and insights most relevant to your healing and personal growth.

Every session is unique because every person is unique.

At Tina Bowen Wellness, Introspective Hypnosis is approached with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your individual journey.

Serving clients throughout Maryland, including North Beach, Chesapeake Beach, Calvert County, Anne Arundel County, and Southern Maryland.

What Is Introspective Hypnosis?

Introspective Hypnosis is a regression-based method that combines several therapeutic approaches to help individuals access the subconscious mind and explore the root of emotional, mental, energetic, and behavioral patterns.

The process may include:

• Regression to the origin of an issue

• Forgiveness work

• Role change techniques

• Inner wisdom exploration

• Emotional release and integration

• Past-life exploration when relevant to the client's experience

• Deep self-discovery and personal insight

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Introspective Hypnosis seeks to understand the underlying experiences and emotional imprints that may be contributing to present-day challenges.

What Makes Introspective Hypnosis Different?

Traditional hypnosis often focuses on changing a specific habit or behavior.

Introspective Hypnosis focuses on understanding why the pattern exists in the first place.

Instead of simply addressing the symptom, the process encourages deeper exploration into the subconscious mind where unresolved emotions, memories, and beliefs may be stored.

The goal is greater self-awareness, insight, emotional freedom, and personal transformation.

Why Work With Tina Bowen?

I am a Certified Introspective Hypnosis Practitioner trained directly by Antonio Sangio, creator of the Introspective Hypnosis method.

For more than six years, I have actively facilitated Introspective Hypnosis sessions and have guided hundreds of clients through deep inner exploration and self-discovery.

In addition to my hypnosis training, I bring more than 25 years of experience working one-on-one with clients in helping professions.

My approach combines professional hypnosis training, intuitive awareness, compassionate guidance, and a safe, supportive environment where meaningful exploration can occur.

Every session is conducted privately and tailored to the individual.

What Happens During A Session?

Your session begins with a detailed consultation where we discuss your goals, concerns, and intentions.

You will then be guided into a relaxed state of focused awareness.

While in hypnosis, you remain aware and able to communicate throughout the process.

As experiences, memories, emotions, and insights emerge, I help guide the exploration while allowing your subconscious mind to reveal what is most important for your healing and understanding.

Following the hypnosis portion, we discuss your experience and integrate the insights gained.

What Does Hypnosis Feel Like?

Most clients describe hypnosis as:

• Deeply relaxing

• Similar to a guided meditation

• Calm and peaceful

• Highly focused

• Dreamlike yet fully aware

Many people are surprised to discover that they remain conscious and aware throughout the process.
