Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved especially for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee and may require prepayment for future bookings. Due to the private and personalized nature of many Tina Bowen Wellness services, as well as the extensive preparation, sanitation, and room reset time required between clients, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations greatly impact scheduling availability and the care provided for the next guest.
